TEACHING SERVICES AGREEMENT
Contract No: TC-2026-014 | Date: April 1, 2026
This Teaching Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between VVG Training Academy ("Institute") and Dr. Priya Singh ("Teacher").
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Teacher agrees to deliver live online teaching sessions for the following courses: Python Pro (Batch 4 & 5), Data Science Advanced (Batch 2 & 3). Sessions shall be conducted via VVG Academy App's integrated classroom platform or approved third-party tools.

How do I add a new teacher to my institute? +
Go to User Management → Generate Invite Link → Select "Teacher" role → Share the link with your teacher. They will register and you'll receive a notification to approve their account.
How does the AI proposal generator work? +
When a prospective student fills in an inquiry, the AI automatically generates a personalized enrollment proposal in under 30 seconds — including course details, fees, schedule, and a PDF with e-signature link. It's sent via Email and WhatsApp automatically.
When are partner commissions released? +
Commissions are held in "cooling-off" status after a student payment. After the cooling-off period (set by Institute Owner), small commissions (below threshold) are auto-released. Large commissions require Owner approval before release.
Can I use my own domain with white-label? +
Yes! With the White-Label add-on (available on Professional and Enterprise plans), you can set a custom domain (e.g., portal.yourinstitute.com), upload your logo, and set brand colors. DNS propagation takes 24–48 hours.
How do I change my subscription plan? +
Go to Settings → Subscription → View available plans. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrading won't affect existing data.
